WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes the website management methods concerning the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information notice rendered pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, otherwise known by the acronym GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), or pursuant to and for the effects of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which implemented the rules of the aforementioned regulation.

This regulation concerns the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing and free movement of personal data, and the related adjustment regulations for those who interact with the web service of the respective data controller, BAR ZACCARIA SNC DI ZHANG XIAOHUI & C., accessible electronically from the address trattoriazaccaria.it, which corresponds to the homepage of the official website of the data controller.

The information notice is rendered only for the website of the controller and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, currently, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site, or the user’s insertion of data in the contact form to contact the company, entails the subsequent acquisition of such data, necessary to respond to the requests and fulfill them. We collect or directly detect from the user the name, surname, address, email, phone number, any company name, and VAT number. Such data are stored indefinitely in the controller’s databases.

METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The processing is carried out through operations performed with the aid of electronic tools and consists of the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction of data. The processing is carried out by the controller and by the persons expressly authorized by the controller for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access.

DATA COMMUNICATION

The data subject to processing may be known by the controller, by the persons in charge of the processing, and may be communicated to internal or external collaborators, such as accounting, logistics, and technical companies, payment service providers, warehouses, packaging, and order shipping companies.

Part of the navigation data mentioned above may be partially processed on the systems of the provider Google LLC (currently Google Analytics, Google Conversion Tracking, Google Adwords, Zendesk Inc.), which, however, declare that they use systems that offer guarantees of adequacy concerning the GDPR Regulation and the relevant personal data protection legislation. Finally, the data may be communicated, in case of requests, to the competent authorities in compliance with obligations arising from mandatory legal rules.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject has the right:

  • to rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection to data processing;
  • to obtain from the data controller, without hindrance, the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format to transmit them to another data controller;
  • to withdraw consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent acquired before the withdrawal;
  • to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
